This type of edge allows for a thinner and more precise cut. WHAT’S INCLUDED - This set includes an 8” double-bolstered, pointed carving and slicing knife, along with a full 7” heavy-weight bolstered fork. The sturdy fork securely holds the meat in place and facilitates the easy transfer of carved meat from the serving plate. HIGH QUALITY - Our blades are made from German X50 stainless steel, ensuring sharpness, resistance to rust, and easy maintenance.
