Instructions for Use:

Two Sharpening Slot: 1. Insert the blade fully and vertically into the appropriate sharpening slot at a 90-degree angle to the sharpener. 2. Gently pull the knife blade from heel to tip in the direction of the indicator arrows, applying light pressure. 3. Repeat until the blade is sharp.

Tapered Diamond Rod: 1. Place the end of the rod against the cutting edge of the serration or gut hook, matching the grind angle. 2. Push the rod through the serration or gut hook while applying moderate pressure and rolling the rod. 3. Repeat until the cutting edge is sharp. 4. Hone the serrations by pulling the blade through the ceramic slot.

Fire Starter: Note: Sparks should only come off the fire stick after removing the outer black coating. 1. Insert the fire stick fully into the carbide slot and pull quickly in the direction of the indicator arrows. 2. Repeat until the tinder ignites. It may take multiple pulls initially to remove the black coating.

Emergency Whistle: Position your lips over the opening in the upper left of the product and blow vigorously. Do not cover the air outlet on the top.
