Razor Sharp Blades Right Out of the Box: Our tools are made of high-quality carbon steel, ensuring long-lasting sharpness and years of use. Prioritizing forging, our blades undergo a critical temperature process to refine the grain structure and eliminate stress from the metal.

Hardening: After forging, the blades are hardened to enhance durability and maintain a sharp edge. Placed in a specialized furnace with a protective atmosphere, the blades are heated to nearly 1,000 degrees Fahrenheit before rapidly cooling. This transforms the steel into a strong, fine-grained structure.

Tempering: In the next step, the blades are repositioned in the furnace, with the back facing the heat. This produces a softer section on the back, achieving a balanced blend of strength, hardness, stain resistance, and the ability to maintain a sharp edge. After reaching the ideal temperature, the blades are dipped in oil for preservation.
